Godzilla 2: King of the Monsters Reactions Out

The summer season has begun and a lot of movies are all set to hit the screens. The summer box office season commenced with a bang with the release of Avengers: Endgame. Now, the upcoming Godzilla sequel is expected to continue the same. ‘Godzilla: King of the Monsters’ will see a huge showdown between Godzilla and King Ghidorah.

Early reactions for the movie has popped into the web and the critics are liking it. Most critics are in harmony over the sequel. The sequel is filled with non-stop monster-fighting action and if you were demanding the same then King of the Monsters has managed to stand on your expectations. The movie has Godzilla, Ghidorah, Rodan, and Mothra, they will provide you with plenty of action, tweeted Erik Davis from Fandango.

2014’s Godzilla left a few people disappointed. But, this year you will find plenty to love in the sequel. Fans and critics were dissatisfied with the first Godzilla movie because it lacked monster fights. Viewers expected more action. The monsters are the stars of the movie, says Andre Meadows of Black Nerd Comedy.

This movie also comes with a lot of easter eggs, one can easily tell by looking at it, that ‘the movie is made by people who love Godzilla,’ Meadows added.

The film also did justice with the Titans. According to Paul Shirey from JoBlo, the sequel have Titans, they are the favourites of the film.

Based on the critical reaction, King of the Monsters is looking like a summer blockbuster. It has all the elements like loudness, ambition and thrilling action which are essential for a big action flick. Director Michael Dougherty has clearly aimed for perfection for this project. Moreover, King of the Monsters is expected to gross more than $50 million in its opening weekend. This movie has the potential to break some box office records.

The epic sequel hits on 28 May.
