Gamora’s Sacrifice Finally Got Justice- Avengers: Endgame Writers

Finally, the true fate of Gamora is revealed by Avengers writers. Zoe Saldana’s Gamora character was famously killed by Thanos in Infinity War when he sacrificed her life to obtain the soul stone on Vormir.

Gamora is alive and well!

Fans have debated whether the character was dusted in Tony Stark’s snap at the end of the film. Fans have been wondering what really happened to her, with many thinking the worst after she doesn’t show up on star-lord’s radar.

There is good news for all the marvel cinematic universe fans, Gamora is alive and well. The writers say she slipped away and anticipate her story picking back up in James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3. Saldana has not yet confirmed, but we all are pretty sure about her come back. The theory explains that version of Gamora that traveled through time in Avengers: Endgame was a version of the character before what we saw even in Guardians of Galaxy. It means she was still technically part of Thanos’ forces.

“Bad” Version Of Gamora

“The argument could be that tony wished away all the evil,” Joe Russo mentioned. “Was she evil or just the enemy? Is she still alive? Who knows that’s a story for another time?”Anthony said: “if tony wanted to get rid of Thanos and his entire army, was she still part of his army?”  There is not any official information, but it is fully expected that Gunn was very well aware of the last two Avengers films when writing the script.

Zoe Saldana recently revealed that she would like to play the “bad version” of Gamora. It seems exciting but highly unlikely that she would spoil a major plot point so early on. We will have to wait and see how everything works out for her and the rest of the guardians and all the crazy fans. Till then, stay tuned.
