Fear the Walking Dead, which is a companion series and prequel to the post-apocalyptic horror drama The Walking Dead will cling onto its cast members Lennie James (Morgan) and Alycia Debnam-Carey(Alicia). Their group will stumble across more survivors-both good and nasty. With gasoline levels on the decline, the quest to discover oil fields by hook or crook will serve as an interesting plot. Producer and showrunner Andrew Chambliss told TV Insider “We’re going to see these characters look inward and deal with some things they haven’t dealt with yet. At the same time, we’re going to have some fun“.
Alicia’s character will have a newfound purpose of discovering the mysterious entity who’s writing on the trees. Her keenness is comprehensible as there is beauty in those writings, which had become a thing of the past in the zombie-ridden, post-apocalyptic earth. Whereas the other lead of the show Morgan had a traumatic experience with his wife turning into a walker and killing his son. He feels he hasn’t said a proper goodbye to his family- but what does he mean by that? Morgan is linked to Dwight(Austin Amelio) who was exiled by Daryl(Norman Reedus), who instructed him to find a missing wife, Sherry. Dwight has since repented by helping needy strangers with Morgan and his people.
Morgan will have some fun new characters entering his domain who might be able to help him through the journey. Holly Curran, who has a recurring role in this season will be taking on the role of a character who will help bring a change in their “fundamental beliefs.”
