Love Me Like You Do, singer, Ellie Goulding finally has tied the knot with long-time fiancé, Caspar Jopling in Yorkshire, England.
The wedding ceremony was attended by celebrities like Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, James Blunt, Sienna Miller, and Joe Wicks.
At the lavish star-studded wedding ceremony, the British singer, 32, wowed in an extremely gorgeous silk crepe wedding gown by Chloe. The wedding dress nearly took over 640 hours to make. The veil was designed by Natacha Ramsay- Levi and consisted of hand-embroidered White Roses of York and the initials of the happy couple sewn into the collar.
And what’s more? The bride arrived with seven bridesmaids, all dressing in identical white gowns.
The bride arrived in a blue Volkswagen minivan, decorated with pretty flowers.
Ellie’s best friend, Hannah Lowe accompanied her down the aisle at York Minister Cathedral. The two have bee inseparable since their college days, and reportedly, Goulding also wrote the song ‘Army’ for her.
Goulding’s stylist Zoe Jervoise Graham also stunned in white; the latter has been working on pop stars festival and touring outfits as well as her personal wardrobe since 2014.
Singer’s former manager Cassandra Gracey also attended the ceremony. In fact, he was the first to congratulate the newly-wed couple by sharing a picture of their first kiss from inside the cathedral.
The presence of comedian Jimmy Carr was also noted and appreciated.
Sarah, Duchess of York and her daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, also graced the occasion.
In April 2017, the New York based-art dealer, Caspar Jopling, now 27, started dating the singer and they got engaged in August last year.
As per tradition, a couple must be ‘connected’ to York Minister and apply for an exclusive license to marry there. Miss Goulding was raised in Herefordshire, while Mr. Jopling’s father, is the Honorable Nicholas Jopling of Thirsk.
