Allen Defends Earlier Comments
Director Woody Allen defends his earlier comments made in 2018 on the Me2 movement and claims that he has done enough that the movement would love to achieve. “I have done everything the Me2 movement would love to achieve. Earlier, he commented, “Should be the poster boy for the #Me2 movement!”
Termination Of Four Movie Contacts
Previously, the reason behind his comments has been looked upon as the reason for dismissal if four movie contracts. That time, dating back to 1992, Allen was getting hyper at the most known allegation of molestation brought by Dylan Farrow, his adopted daughter. It was the separation period for Allen and Mia Farrow. Though Allen denied it completely.
On 2018, Allen commented in an interview, “This is something that has been thoroughly looked at 25byears ago by all the authorities and everybody concluded that it was untrue. And that was the end, and I have moved on with my life. For it to come back now, it’s a terrible thing to accuse a person of. I am a man with my family and my own children.”
Scarlet Johanson To Defend Allen
On Thursday, when Scarlet Johanson stepped out to defend Allen, Farrow responded, saying, “She has a long way to go in understanding the issue he claims to champion.”

After Scarlet’s comment that Allen “maintains his innocence” and that she “believes him” Farrow had an instant reply.
“Because we have learned anything from the past two years, it’s that you definitely should believe male predators who ‘maintain their innocence’ without question. She has a long way to go in understanding the issue she claims to champion.”
Meanwhile, Allen is done with the shoot of Rifkin’s festival in San Sebastian in Spain.
