12 years ago, Australia witnessed the catastrophic child abuse where a father himself tortured and starved his daughter to death. The body of the 7-year-old girl was found pathetic condition; bull ants crawling over her body and skin tearing out from her toes. But the father who is responsible for this nasty incident is set to be released from jail next month, in November.
The girl named Ebony was found dead back in 2007 exposed to her feces, face indented, and very few flesh over bones. She was on the bedroom floor in Hawks Nest, on the mid-north coast of NSW.
The father, according to reports, named as BW along with his wife named SW is serving on prison since 2007 when they were arrested after two weeks. The authorities in NSW ordered them to serve jail for years to follow on. The father, convicted to child’s homicide was sentenced to a minimum 12 years in jail while his wife, the guilty of murder, was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
The father applied the NSW Parole Board to grant him release from the prison life. This felon will now be released from the prison in November as he has served a minimum of 12 years in prison.
Back in 2009, a trial judge ruled BW ‘unlikely to re-offend.’ And now BW could receive parole. The decision regarding the release will be followed after the meeting with BW concludes in September. If he receives parole, he would be a free man as early as November 16.
BW during the trial told everything was done by his wife. And he was constantly taking 25 valium pills a day. The autopsy of the girl claimed that she was malnourished, dehydrated, wasted, and starved to death.
