Oscar Nominee Hailee Steinfeld is all set to join the Marvel family in the new Hawkeye series to be aired on Disney+.
Reportedly, Steinfeld has been asked for the role of Kate Bishop opposite Jeremy Rener aka Hawkeye. If things turn out as predicted, she will be playing the role of Kate Bishop in the upcoming series of Marvel on Disney+. Jeremy Rener will also be the series in his protagonist self after his outstanding performance in the Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. He also played cameo roles as Hawkeye in Thor, and also played important roles in Avengers: Civil War and Avengers: Age of Ultron. His amazing performance in the Marvel Comic Universe led to utmost appreciation on his part.
Kate Bishop is a fictional character in the comic who is trained under Clint aka Hawkeye to fight up against bad. She has been referred in the comic as Young Avenger. Bishop seizes the mantle of the archer from Ronin in the original comic, where Ronin is a secret identity used by several types of superheroes.
Steinfeld has shown outstanding performance in True Grit, a 2010 film, for which she was even nominated for the legendary Oscar. Her contribution to Oscars is not only confined to this as she also did the voice-over for Spider-Gwen in the movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. This movie won Oscars and hearts of folks worldwide.
Hawkeye series is expected to be aired on Disney+ in the year 2021, as a part of Phase 4 of Marvel. Marvel’s Phase 4 also has many upcoming releases such as Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3, Black Widow, The Eternals, Thor: Love and Thunder, Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, The Falcon And The Winter Soldier and many more.
