Miracles happen, makes the thing look unbelievable but satisfying. A dog who parted with its owner 12 years ago has re-united 1130 miles away.
The 14-year-old toy fox terrier was disappeared 12 years ago from Boca Raton, Florida. On Monday, Humane Animal Rescue founded the 14-year-old dog under a shed in Pittsburgh, western Pennsylvania, 1130 miles apart.
The microchip placed on the dog was thankfully working, and Humane Animal Rescue tracked the Florida-based owner, Katheryn Strang. Strang was much disturbed upon the disappearance of her beloved dog named Dutchess. Her love hadn’t flown away that she drove the distance to reunite her lost dog.
Strang was in disbelief, confused, and overwhelmed when she heard that her dog had been found. Humane Animal Rescue posted a video that showed the reunion of Strang and Dutchess, and it is an absolute beauty.
The Lost Story
The year was 2007 when Strang’s son accidentally opened the door of their house to leave for school. Dutchess went outside of the house and then never returned. At that time, they lived near the busy street in Orlando. Strang, at that time, believed that their Dutchess may have been killed by an upcoming vehicle or picked up by someone else.
Strang esteemed the pup, and she never gave up on Dutchess. She regularly paid for the microchip and updated the contact details when they moved one place to another. She loved Dutchess like her babies, and when she re-unite with Dutchess, she said,
Where have you been?
