A woman made a shocking revelation that she had been sexually abusing young girls through a live video call for three years.
The 33-year-old women from Bexhill-on-Sea in East Sussex, identified as Christine Callaghan admitted of doing such horrible activity. She told that she was paid £2,285 by 30-year-old Dean Petley for executing such nefarious activity. The abuse was allegedly carried out through Microsoft owned video calling platform, Skype.
The women feared after the UK Police announced they are watching the cyber-enabled crimes and abuses very strictly. She then admitted and was charged with four counts of sexual abuse at Isleworth Crown Court on Friday.
While the motivator, Dean Petley, was also present on the court and was jailed on the same day for eight years. Dean was charged over a month ago with 11 counts of related crimes. Dean worked as an automotive engineer from Leamington Spa.
Callaghan was drawn to the suspicion after the authorities discovered a hard drive that contained the screenshots of messages between Dean and Callaghan along with a full window image of Callaghan abusing a girl and Dean watching through a small window. They also discovered a 10-minute long video that contained Callaghan abusing the girl. Callaghan allegedly performed penetrative sexual activity with the victim and later sexually abusing her.
The discovery of both Petely and Callaghan was motivated by the arrest of 30-years-old, Jodie Little, who was an active online sex offender. Jodie was arrested and then jailed for 12 years and four months in August.
Callaghan is waiting for the date to be present at court for her sentence hearing.
