The accused and the girl’s father were playing chess when the accused asked the father to allow him for having a shower and a cup of coffee. The father agreed and went to the kitchen to serve him a cup of coffee. But unfortunately, the father discovered that the man raped his nine-year-old daughter while he was making coffee.
A Brisbane District Court heard that the man wanted to keep his mind out of the drugs and asked for a coffee. At the same time, the man went to the 9-year-old’s room and raped her.
The father had known the man, and he had invited him over his house to help him to get off the drug addiction. The prosecutor on the case, Jane Shaw, told the court that the accused told the father that he should set a new game (of chess). The man then asked for the shower and a coffee at a Brisbane house. The father agreed and told him to take a shower while he would make the coffee.
The unnamed man then went to the girl’s bedroom naked instead of taking the shower. He reportedly woke the girl up and approached near her. The girl, on the other hand, wished the man to go away. He then quickly started pulling out the girl’s Hannah Montana pajama and started raping her.
When the father noticed his friend didn’t take the shower, he checked on him and discovered his daughter’s room partially closed. He saw the lascivious scene in her daughter’s bedroom. Enraged with anger, the father pushed the man away and made him get out of his house with minimal clothing.
The trial still continues while the man was not pleaded guilty of rape and sexual abuse.
