Katie Holmes and her long term boyfriend, Jamie Foxx, have been a major eye-catching pair. The duo recently split up in the summer last year. And according to recent reports and the ok! Magazine, there have been speculations that their breakup might be caused by the fact that Katie was attempting to take advantage of the actor’s industry network.
Katie Holmes, also famed as the Dawson’s Creek star, has been one of Hollywood’s most admired beauties. The actress, most of the times, is spotted adorning a Max Mara Teddy Coat costing almost up to $3.7K.
The Batman Begins actress was recently spotted exiting a taxi cab on Friday morning on her way to a spa appointment in Soho. Katie was dressed in her favorite Max Mara coat, distressed denim, and white sneakers.
Holmes celebrated her 41st birthday as a single woman in a long time, after her split from actor Jamie Foxx.
The couple shocked their avid followers and fans by announcing their breakup in August the previous year. Though neither Katie, not Jamie has commented on the said break, and this has lead to numerous speculations on the cause of duo’s split up.
According to the ok! Magazine, trust issues combined with the drama surrounding Hollywood networking seems to be the root cause of the couple’s split.
It seems like the Jack and Jill actress’s New York settlement, while Jamie being miles apart in Los Angeles, might have stirred the split. But an insider claims that the primary cause of the duo’s split wasn’t the long-distance, but rather trust issues. The source stated that Katie couldn’t believe Jamie due to his partying ways and hence had given him an ultimatum to shift to New York City, but the latter preferred to stay in Los Angeles, and that caused the duo to part ways.
All in all, Katie took advantage of the situation and attention she managed to gain while she was reported to be dating Jamie. And, the actor did introduce Katie to numerous big producers and power players.
Speculations about Jamie dating Sela Have has been doing rounds, but neither of them confirmed anything.
