Anyone who is into science fiction, “Altered Carbon” by Laeta Kalogridis, is a treat to watch, and now they are coming up with season 2 with eight episodes streaming February 27. Netflix takes Cyberpunk to the whole new level with this show, So get ready for some cyberpunk goodness. Fans are excited to see Anthony Mackie as Takeshi Kovacs but are also missing Joel’s version of Takeshi.
The show is based on a 2002 novel by Richard K Morgan. The second season will feature Anthony Mackie as Takeshi Kovacs, Simone Missick as Trepp, Dina Shihabi as Dig 301, Torben Liebrecht as Colonel Ivan Carrera, James Saito as Tanaseda Hideki, Renee Elise Goldsberry as Quellcrist Falconer and Chris Conner as Poe.
Takeshi Kovas follows Centuries’ old quest to find his lost love quellcrist, Falconer. According to the official plot synopsis, “After decades of rushing and searching the planets and galaxy, Kovacs finds himself back to his home planet Harlan’s World with the promise of finding quell. Haunted by his past and responsible for investigating a series of brutal murders, Kovac is stunned to discover his new mission to solve the crime, and his pursuit of finding silence is the same. With the help of his loyal A.I Poe Kovacs must now partner with new allies to outwit his enemies and find the truth: Who is Quellcrist Falconer ?”
