The best thing about weekends for all Destiny 2 fans is the arrival of fan-favorite vendor and agent of Nine, Xur. When the clock hits 12 pm EST, Xur arrives anywhere in the game’s four worlds and allows you to exchange exotic weapons, armors, and gauntlets with legendary shards.
Where is Xur this week?
The current location of the popular in-game vendor is on Nessus at Watchers Grave on the Barge. Xur arrived on Friday 22, 2020, and will remain at the location for the next four days until May 26, 2020.
Like always, Xur has various exotic weapons, armors, and gauntlets to exchange with those legendary shards. The list of items that the players can exchange this week is:
Cerebus+1 (Exotic Auto Rifle)
Celestial Nighthawk (Exotic Hunter Helmet)
Mask of the Quiet One (Exotic Titan Helmet)
Karnstein Armlets (Exotic Warlock Gauntlets)
Who is Xur?
Xur is one of the most popular non-playing characters in the Bungie’s first-person shooter video game, Destiny 2. Xur has been around four worlds since the previous game, Destiny. Xur only appears once in a week, every Friday exactly at 12 pm EST. Xur never leaves the place where he is seen on Friday. He will hang at the same place until the next weekly reset.
The weekly reset occurs exactly at 12 pm EST on Tuesday. During the weekly reset, various aspects of the game get modified and or the game resets. Xur used to exchange Exotic Guns, Armors, Engrams, Exotic Shards, and Consumables with Special Coins during Destiny. But Bungie felt that the feature had been exploited, so the players use Legendary Shards to exchange those stuff instead of Special Coins in Destiny 2.
Destiny 2 fans (also gamers) claim that Xur appears mostly in two worlds—the EDZ and IO.
